PLEASE NOTE : PRICES ARE UNDER REVIEW FOLLOWING THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE HALL SO YOU CAN GUARANTEE THE CURRENT PRICES BY RESERVING YOUR PARTY NOW! SATURDAYS FOR 2010 SELLING OUT FAST - WE CURRENTLY HAVE MORE AVAILABILITY ON FRIDAYS AND THEREFORE IT'S MUCH CHEAPER! Fridays & SaturdaysThe following rates cover hire of the hall from 7pm to 12pm with the bar from 7.30pm to 11pm. Club Member (Full) Fridays: £100 Saturdays: £200 Club Member (Social) Fridays: £200 Saturdays: £375 (includes 1 year’s Social Membership) Not a member? You must become a Social Member (£25 for a year) Normally you can have access from about 5pm to set up any chairs, tables, disco, balloons etc. If you need earlier access, please ask and we’ll do our best to help. The bar opens at 7.30pm and closes at 11pm.
After that, there is 20 minutes drinking up time. As we are in a residential area, any music must finish by 11.30pm at the very latest. If you want the party to start earlier than 7pm, please add £30 per hour for Full Club members or £50 per hour for Social members.Provisional bookings are held for 14 days ONLY. We need a deposit of 50% to confirm a booking. You have a further 14 days in which to cancel; cancellations after this time will result in your deposit being forfeited. The balance can be paid at any time up until the agreed rental time (by cash, ‘chip & pin’ cards or personal cheques supported by a cheque guarantee card) We also require a refundable deposit of £50 to cover any damages to the Hall & Facilities. Please note that the absolute maximum number of people allowed in the hall is 120 but we recommend anything from 40 to 100 as best. As the Hall is on the first floor of our building, we do not recommend use of the hall by disabled patrons who are unable to use stairs. Other InformationOur caterer will be very happy to discuss your food requirements whether it is a small buffet or anything through to a large sit-down meal. Please call us to talk about what food you would like. We do NOT accept bookings for under 21`s Parties. We can apply for a bar extension to 11.30pm at an extra cost of £30. We will let you know if the extension has been confirmed which is normally about 2 weeks before the date of the event. Please note they are NOT automatic and ONLY granted for "special" occasions, e.g. 21st, 40th, 50th etc. birthdays, wedding receptions and silver, golden etc. anniversaries. The following rates are hourly without use of the bar. Club Member (Full) £20 including VAT Non-Member £25 including VAT If the bar is needed, please add an extra £10 per hour to the above rates. The hall is available from midday to 6pm on Sundays. Catering arrangements are as for Saturdays with the exception of Children's parties where you may bring your own food but must clear away afterwards. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days ONLY.
